Tudo Capital LLC is a Real Estate Private Equity Firm and Developer specializing in modular container projects in the Southwest USA and Sonoran Region of Mexico. With our vertically integrated modular factory located in Hermosillo, MX, we are able to build at significantly reduced cost and time vs. traditional construction in our target regions. Due to new Section 232 Tariffs, we are building out our USA supply chain and our US focus is centering on containerized site-built projects using a modular design but going through the local code path.
Our investments include Tectume ADV, Acero Y Madera modular factory in Hermosillo, Mexico, Laguna Seca student housing project in Hermosillo, Stacks on Polk in Phoenix, and a host of additional smaller projects. We are actively looking for development partners for projects utilizing modular ADUs, our ADV (RV Certified) units, custom single family modular and commerical multifamily and hospitality projects. Single Family / Cabins
Looking for a fully permitted ADU or Cabin? We manufacture single and double container cabins shipped to the Southwest USA and Northwest Mexico. We coordinate with our partner general contractors who will manage the entire design / permitting / build out process with the local building authority. Please note that these are not Factory Built Buildings - we do a small partial build out at our factory and the full rough in and final build out are completed on site overseen by the local AHJ.
Tectume ADV - Coming Soon!
We are excited to be launching our new ADV product under the Tectume Brand. Certified as an RV, this ADU is built exactly like our cabins and commercial modules, except with axles, solar panels, and water / waste tanks. Where allowed by local zoning and regulations, these units are go through a vastly simplified installation and approval process.
Commercial
Have a plot of land and looking for a more economical way of building in Arizona? We partner with local GCs to build our style of modular container architecture. Please note - we have found that is is actually more economical work with local jurisdictions, not ADOH Factory Built Buildings for these commercial projects. We typically do a small partial build out at our factory with a full rough in and final build out on site overseen by the local AHJ, using our modular designs.
